As we continue to scale, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager, B2B Sales to lead the growth of our traditional distribution channels. This role will be integral in shaping and executing our revenue strategy, driving both immediate and long-term growth through B2B relationships.

Position Overview

The Account Manager, B2B Sales, will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our traditional off-price distribution channels (B2B). This hands-on role requires expertise in relationship management, sales strategy, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will be a key leader in driving offline and B2B online growth, collaborating closely with the CEO, Operations, and Customer Service teams to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business customers, converting leads into long-term, valuable distribution partnerships.
Nurture relationships with international wholesale partners, domestic off-price retailers, and distributors to drive sales and enhance market reach.
Represent Buymebeauty at trade shows, building new partnerships and expanding our distribution network.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Work closely with the operations team to manage fulfillment and inventory for B2B customers, ensuring smooth delivery across both online and offline channels.
Maintain and improve B2B website and ensure smooth customer ordering experience

Goals

Achieve $2M in annual sales in first 12 months
Build lasting customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service, ensuring both short-term sales and long-term growth.
Beat competitors by delivering unparalleled customer service, from initial offer to delivery—focusing on service quality and upholding commitments.

Implementation Strategy

Build and expand customer base through proactive research and outreach, including industry lists and prospecting.
Maintain regular communication with leads—via phone, email, Linkedin, text, WhatsApp.
Leverage “at-will” offers, keeping relationships active and fostering trust among customers.
Target limited supply to buyers who maintain our profit margins.
Accelerate the sales cycle for existing customers, focusing on more frequent interactions and faster sales conversion.

CRM & Database Management

Build and maintain a CRM system that supports company-wide scalability.
Record every customer interaction to understand preferences and optimize future outreach.
Develop sales offer sheets tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth through B2B sales channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build lasting relationships with partners.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-value accounts and contracts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, meeting ambitious growth targets.
Proven expertise in B2B sales and partnerships, with experience managing contracts, negotiating terms, and expanding distribution channels.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and lead generation strategies to support B2B growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights.
