The right fit is someone who has prior experience as a marketing manager orchestrating multiple client campaigns and also someone who believes and considers themselves a lifelong learner. You need to be someone who takes initiative when clients are slow and disorganized, someone who considers ‘going the extra mile’ standard practice. We are a true startup built from the ground up on the backs of our founding team. Currently, our entire team is commission-based, and this role is no exception. You’ll be earning 30% commission on all clients you manage. Now, let’s take a look at the team and what our current clients look like since you’ll be working closely with them.
Currently we have three outbound sales reps, one outside sales rep (we are soon to be hiring more), two marketing managers, and one rev ops leader. Everyone on the team has been with Mennr before our first clients of substance, this hire will be the first hire since Mennr has started to gain lift. Mennr started about eight months ago. Our first three clients we took on through October and November of last year, with December seeing no new clientele. In January we saw the addition of our fourth client, with February and March bringing client number five and six soon to close. In our pipeline we have three more prospects who we anticipate to close in April.

Our current clients bring in $7,440/month. One contract has four months remaining, two have five months remaining, and one has six months remaining. Upon joining you’ll be given our current clients, making your starting month one commission $2,232. Should we close the prospects in our pipeline, your commission will be $5,352/month.
This role will naturally evolve as we scale. Ultimately, it will result in a Director of Marketing position where you will then be responsible for overseeing other Marketing Managers we bring on. As of now, your day to day will consist of working on client marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients, and building out foundational marketing processes and organizational structures that future hires will rely upon as Mennr scales.
