Sales and Marketing Outreach Specialist | Description
Play a key role in driving external outreach efforts to engage prospective residents and their families. Focus on building relationships with potential clients through proactive communication, local networking, and partnerships with local organizations. Assist the Community Relations Director with outreach initiatives, ensuring strong connections with referral sources and external partners to drive new leads and sales.

Sales and Marketing Outreach Specialist | Minimum Requirements
2 years’ experience working in healthcare marketing and/or sales, social activity leadership preferred.
Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and team members.
Must enjoy networking and working with seniors.
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials.
Must have basic proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks, in order to accommodate fluctuating needs of the community.
Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner.
Valid state driver’s license, personal car, and good driving record.
Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential functions) with or without accommodation.
Subject to pre-employment screening including criminal background check, and TB testing.
Must be detail oriented, possess ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Is a collaborative, participatory supporter of common teamwork.
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.

Sales and Marketing Outreach Specialist | Essential Functions
Lead Generation and Outreach- Actively generate leads by participating in outreach events, attending local Chamber of Commerce meetings, building relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, charities, and other community organizations to drive referrals and increase awareness of the community and services offered.
Community Engagement and Relationship Building- Build and maintain strong relationships with key local organizations, including churches, local groups, healthcare providers, and other community stakeholders. Regularly engage in outreach activities to promote the community’s offerings.
Sales and Tours- Provide a high level of customer service by conducting tours for potential residents and their families, addressing inquiries, and effectively showcasing the community’s services.
Event Promotion and Participation- Assist in planning and promoting marketing events that attract prospective residents and their families.
Sales Support and Strategy- Work with the Community Relations Director to develop and implement outreach sales strategies that align with occupancy goals. Assist with follow-up on leads and ensure timely conversion from prospects to residents.
Effective Communication- Communicate the needs and preferences of incoming residents to the relevant departments, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to resident. Maintain records and input lead data into the current (CRM) system.
Professionalism and Teamwork- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with residents, visitors, families, co-workers, and other external partners. Attend team meetings and training sessions to remain aligned with Ciela’s policies and values.
General Support- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall team and goals of Ciela.
Salary + Commission and Bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,619.00 – $69,000.00 per year
