DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Marketing

SUMMARY: Works in collaboration with internal and external agency partners to develop, execute, and maintain high-impact, cost-effective digital marketing programs that ensure established corporate goals for the brand are achieved.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including online (PPC & SEO), website, social media, SMS and email.

· Manage marketing content calendar for all digital channels, including monthly promotions and specials and loyalty/rewards offers.

· Collaborate with graphic design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.

· Partner with Digital & CRM Agencies to strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands across multiple regions.

· Partner with outside Digital agencies to optimize website content for SEO and SEM to improve visibility and drive traffic.

· Assist in the development of best-in-class CRM and e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and increase sales conversions.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform digital and CRM marketing strategies.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

· Track all digital marketing metrics to assist in campaign engagement and customer reach.

· Work within company CRM software to organize and create enhanced customer journeys and increase key business metrics.

· Supports and executes digital marketing strategies with outreach to current and potential customers.

· Implements and reviews promotional programs with promotions manager to include offers in digital marketing initiatives.

· Develops, implements, and administers the digital marketing budget.

· Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Reviews and reports brand business activities including but not limited to profit and loss reporting, campaign & brand performance and marketing effectiveness.

· Periodically analyzes competitive landscape and develops branding strategies based upon information.

· Gathers/organizes detailed sales data on a weekly/monthly/annual basis to inform key regions, stores, etc. for growth and improvement opportunities.

· Formulates and recommends effective marketing solutions and oversees development of marketing communications; coordinates with product marketing to ensure marketing programs deliver against brand objectives.

· Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field.

· Four to six years related experience or equivalent.

· Proven creative and project management skills.
