Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet organizational goals.
Manage and train a team of canvassers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage with community members and promote our initiatives.
Oversee telemarketing campaigns to reach potential supporters and donors.
Collaborate with fundraising teams to maximize outreach efforts and secure contributions.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance effectiveness.
Analyze data from canvassing efforts to refine strategies and improve results.
Foster relationships with community members through exceptional customer service.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the public.
Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing or door-to-door canvassing.
Strong background in fundraising or sales is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader demographic.

Pay: $60,120.00 – $90,000.00 per year
