The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team, who will have a focus on the organic side of Tik Tok.
Ideally, you will be able to execute several organic social campaigns, leading the creative planning, budget management, optimisation, reporting and be comfortable working with small to large media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Tik Tok strategies for key clients across Tik Tok
Foster trusted relationships with clients
Be the key point of creative feedback for your client campaigns
Lead retrospective sessions with your account managers to improve agency content
Brief content through our content creation process, working alongside our in-house Tik Tok creators, freelance Tik Tok creators and influencers
Spot and recommend opportunities to grow your client accounts
Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Execs through regular check ins and formal monthly 1-2-1s
Take part in new business pitches
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be a Tik Tok expert, and fully understand the platform
You’ll have agency experience, with a track record of managing successful accounts
You’ll have experience of leading & developing a team
You’ll have demonstrable experience with Tik Tok campaigns
You’ll have an understanding of Tik Tok shop and live streaming
You’ll have experience working with numerous brands, in house or agency
You’ll have a good eye for creative that converts
Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks
You can work under pressure and be able to turn around tasks with short deadlines
Can work closely with creatives and clients
Flexible to adjust to last minute changes and forward-thinking in solving client problems that may arise
