The Role
We’re seeking a

and ambitious Account Director to lead strategy, client relationships, and creative campaigns for our roster of mighty clients. You’ll oversee the full 360-degree process, combining creative thinking with meticulous
attention to detail
and an innate ability to understand the unique demands of the agency world. Key Requirements Internal Comms Expertise :
Proven track record
in internal communications and
employee engagement
is essential. Agency & Brand Experience :
Must have experience navigating the nuances of agency work, with the ability to bridge in-house and client-side expectations. Commercially Driven :
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growing accounts, achieving revenue targets, and delivering
impactful
strategies. Creative Vision : A sharp eye for
innovative
campaigns, channel strategies, and social trends, particularly in pop culture, influencer marketing, and digital media. Client Management Skills :
Exceptional
communication
and relationship-building skills, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
