) One of the UK’s leading independent media agencies are currently hiring for an Account Director to join their talented team. Being an independent agency, they offer not only a lovely culture built on

You will be working across a selection of their most important clients and take on more
autonomy
(with support) whilst helping the Account Manager, Senior AE and an AE to develop and progress. They also offer some incredible benefits and a very flexible approach.
Your profile:
Excellent cross-channel media planning experience Strong knowledge of online / digital planning as part of the media mix Strong knowledge of media planning tools (such as TGI, Ad Intel, Touchpoints etc) and measurement tools Excellent client management experience Ideally people management experience
Key responsibilities:
Establish yourself as the lead on your client’s business and be a trusted point of contact Deliver best-in-class cross-channel plans and recommendations for clients Strong digital experience – this is a cross-channel role, but they are looking for someone with strong digital planning experience as part of the mix. They would also consider someone from a digital planning background (not activation) who is keen to upskill in digital Play a key role in the development of more junior members of the team If you are keen to join an agency with a lovely
