Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering a strong partnership and ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations. Develop and present strategic social media plans that drive
brand awareness
, engagement, and growth. Translate the brand’s vision into
innovative
and measurable social media campaigns. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve challenges for the client.
Campaign Planning & Execution Lead the development and execution of multi-platform social media strategies. Ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, from concept to delivery, across channels like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging platforms. Oversee content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand voice. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
Team Leadership
&
Collaboration
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing social media team, including content creators, strategists, and analysts. Foster
collaboration
between internal teams, including creative, analytics, and media planning, to achieve campaign objectives. Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to the team to drive exceptional outcomes. Performance Measurement & Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Present detailed reports to the client, showcasing insights, ROI, and recommendations for future initiatives. Stay updated on social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of
innovation
. Account Growth &
Upselling
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts, expanding the scope of services and driving client success.
Brand Stewardship Ensure all social media efforts are consistent with the brand’s tone, messaging, and values. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s market, target audience, and competitors. Qualifications
Experience:
7+ years of experience in social media management, marketing, or advertising, with at least 3 years in a
leadership
role. Experience managing large-scale campaigns for big brands is highly preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.). Creativity & Vision:
