A leading creative agency is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Account Executive to join their growing team. Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams
Coordinate the internal review and approval process of all creative and strategic work
Present proposed work to clients and guide them through the feedback and approval process
Oversee the successful rollout of approved campaigns within deadline and budget
Manage active project timelines and maintain a detailed status schedule
Reconcile and compile proof of execution (POE) documents for completed campaigns
Ensure all work meets client expectations and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account management or client service role, preferably in an agency environment
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
Willingness to learn internal tools such as Chase and Float (training provided)
Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing
Awareness of current marketing and advertising trends
