The account executive turns interest in our clients product into active customers. You’ll lead discovery calls to learn about our customers’ needs, demo our product, and demonstrate the value of our client product.
What we’re looking for:
Passion and excitement for the fintech space and how technology will reshape the way ecommerce companies and brands bank and make financial decisions
You enjoy and are energized by prospecting new customers and closing business opportunities
A self starter that gets energized by routinely meeting and exceeds sales quotas
Familiarity with financial concepts used to manage business operations is a plus
You are articulate and can deliver a compelling value proposition and narrative that demonstrates our clients mission and product offering
Track record of originating and developing sales prospects in innovative and proactive ways across a variety of platforms, including cold calling, email marketing, etc
Ability to manage the full sales cycle across multiple target customers
Key responsibilities
1. Sales delivery
Hit sales targets and revenue growth
Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends
and areas for improvement
Suggest best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the sales process
2. Form strong customer relationships
Cultivate long-lasting customer partnerships through effective communication and negotiation.
Be customer obsessive, and put the customer at the heart of any internal action
Ensure we never walk away empty handed from a deal: either the deal is closed or we get valuable feedback to keep improving our products and communication
3. Cross functional collaboration
Promote a team approach
Work closely with the entire team to ensure we are bringing the right people in at the right time to connect with our customers, service their needs, and win business
3+ years of experience working in sales/SDR in tech, fintech, enterprise, or ecommerce
