We have an immediate need for a Public Relations EA with a focus on social media and content – we are a hybrid model (Mon-Wed) in our Madison, WI office. We can help with relocation, if needed.

Is your background a fit?
* 4+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency setting
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful PR campaigns
* Strong media relations skills and a solid network of media contacts
* Compelling writing and advanced editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms
* Proficient in social media management, including experience with social media scheduling tools and analytics
* Strong understanding of the marketing industry, including trends and best practices
What will you be doing?
* Develop and execute strategic PR/social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
* Support media relations campaigns at any stage of the process, from outlet/reporter identification to material creation and follow-up
* Expand upon media relations strategies and share new ideas to leverage clients in the media
* Ideate and write content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director or other team members
* Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage day-to-day execution
* Demonstrate skill and confidence in interviewing senior subject matter experts, mining for insights that fuel content pieces
* Stay up to date on new touchpoints, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
* Translate complex subject matter into simple and compelling stories
* Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing strategic PR insights and recommendations
