The Role

We’re searching for a highly experienced Account Director with at least one year in a similar role to lead our work with Mars, Inc. This isn’t just managing an account; it’s about shaping the future of iconic brands. You’ll oversee campaign content across all platforms, focusing on driving engagement and growth for a global powerhouse. This role requires aproven track recordin digital production, experience collaborating effectively within inter-agency teams, and exceptionalcommunication skillsto confidently connect with senior Mars clients and our internal team.

What you bring:

6-8 years of agency experience in advertising or marketing communications, with at least 1 year as an Account Director. This experience should ideally be at a creative or digital agency with a focus on digital, content, and video.

Demonstrated experience working effectively within inter-agency teams.

Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior-level clients and agency personnel.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with our Managing Director and/or Client Lead to manage Mars projects from inception to completion.

Serve as the primary client contact for allocated Mars projects, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Spearheadcreative solutionsand content creation across digital channels, bringing the Mars brand to life.

Keep internal teams and Mars clients informed on project status, activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
