About The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with Hatch’s mid-market SaaS customers. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
We are prioritizing high-energy Account Managers who can build strong relationships, drive expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term customer success. The ideal candidate will quickly understand Hatch’s AI CSR product, how it fits into customers’ tech stacks, and how to maximize its value. They will leverage industry knowledge and insights to help customers navigate key changes in their contact centers.
Primary Responsibilities
Managing and growing relationships with existing mid-market customers to ensure long-term success and retention.
Providing proactive support by understanding client needs, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working daily in HubSpot CRM and Salesloft to track engagement, monitor accounts, and drive expansion.
Running Zoom calls with customers for QBRs, check-ins, and renewal discussions.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating the value of Hatch’s platform.
Analyzing customer data to identify usage trends and optimize engagement strategies.
Collaborating with sales, operations, and marketing to improve the customer journey.
Maintaining and updating account records in HubSpot/Salesloft.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and managing contract negotiations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales or customer success experience.
2-4 years of account management or sales closing experience within SaaS.
Experience managing mid-market SaaS accounts ($20-50,000 ACV).
Strong understanding of SaaS offerings and industry trends.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations.
Strong time management, organization, and prospecting skills.
Experience with HubSpot and Salesloft (or similar platforms).
