Job Summary
The account manager position is for an organized and self-motivated individual who will serve as liaison between the client and the agency. Professional advertising/marketing experience is necessary. The account manager must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with C-Suite professionals and must be able to drivecustomer satisfactionand retention by understanding the individual needs of our clients. This leader should have strong ability to multi-task and have a get-stuff-done attitude with a positive outlook.
Multitaskingis something we all do in the agency and this position is expected to multitask with the best of them! Also, a willingness to learn new tactics and internal systems will help blaze the path forward.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Agency experience preferred but not required.
