Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the strategy and execution of their digital advertising campaigns. A large portion of your role will be focused on social media, ensuring content and creative initiatives are aligned with client goals and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management :
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and objectives, translating them into effective digital and social media strategies.
Campaign Strategy & Execution :
Work closely with internal teams to develop creative and engaging digital strategies, with an emphasis on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, etc.).
Content Oversight :
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with the client’s brand identity, messaging, and goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
:
Coordinate with creative, copywriting, and design teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all social media campaigns.
Client Presentation & Updates :
Provide clients with updates on campaign progress, new opportunities, and ensure that their vision is being effectively implemented across all channels.
Problem Solving
:
Actively address any client concerns and ensure smooth
communication
between the client and internal teams to deliver solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience  in managing social media campaigns and client relationships.
Deep understanding  of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, etc.).
Creative mindset  with the ability to contribute to content and campaign ideas that align with client goals.
Strong
project management
skills , ensuring multiple campaigns run smoothly and on time.
Exceptional
communication skills
, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
Proactive and
solution-oriented
, with the ability to address and resolve challenges efficiently.
