SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Team, and the Brawn Mixer Sales Team to support marketing communications and sales support initiatives for Brawn Mixer. This role will also include managing corporate marketing communications for NBE Holdings Company. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include participation in strategic planning, project development, and production and implementation of marketing and sales support initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participation in strategic planning, tactical implementation, and results analysis of marketing communications and sales support initiatives.
Work alongside other Marketing Department Managers, including; creative, web and interactive, and trade shows to ensure efficient, high-performance outcomes from marketing programs.
Data analysis of, and performance reporting on multiple third-party data sources, including: trade media, websites, and direct marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Assist in content development and implementation of organic and paid advertising campaigns, including: digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
Active management of project schedules, milestones, and budgets through its lifecycle from project kickoff through development and launch.
Scheduling conference calls, inter- and intra-departmental meetings, taking meeting notes, and providing meeting reporting and next-step actions as appropriate.
PREFERRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or other communications role, resulting in a strong understanding of the marketing vocabulary and discipline.
Experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting required deadlines.
Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Basecamp, etc.).
Experience using Salesforce and Pardot or other CRM and marketing automation systems.
Knowledge and understanding of marketing/advertising operations and production processes.
Familiarity with marketing functions including, but not limited to, trade media, SEO, copywriting, production management, sales channel support, research, and analytics.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may require travel with overnight stays, less than 10%, or as requested.
