Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
&Management:
Activelymanage and grow Wedded Wonderland s online communities acrosssocial media platforms forums and other digitalspaces.
Initiatemeaningful conversations ask thoughtprovoking questions andencourage members to share insights andexperiences.
Respondpromptly and authentically to community queries feedback andconcerns.
Content Creation &Facilitation:
Createengaging communitydriven content including posts discussions pollsandannouncements.
Facilitateintroductions and foster connections between community membersensuring a
collaborative
and inclusiveenvironment.
Sharerelevant information updates and resources that add value to thecommunity.
Retention&Growth:
Developand implement strategies to enhance community retention andengagement.
Monitorcommunity sentiment and behavior to identify opportunities forimprovement andgrowth.
Organizeand lead online events webinars and meetups to strengthen thecommunitybond.
Insights&Reporting:
Trackand analyze community metrics including engagement rates memberretention and feedbacktrends.
Provideregular reports on community performance and suggest actionableimprovements.
Requirements Requirements Provenexperience  in community management or similar roles preferably inthe luxury events travel or lifestyleindustries.
Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to leadconversations and ask challengingquestions.
Strongcontent creation skills including writing editing and visualstorytelling.
Aproactive outspoken personality who thrives on facilitatingmeaningful connections andconversations.
Abilityto handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficultor criticaldiscussions.
Familiaritywith social media platforms forums and digital communitytools.
