Summary
We are seeking a Marketing and Leasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Holmes Property Management LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, managing and executing marketing strategies from Social Media to Website to On-Site Events to Surveys/Reviews for Reputation Management. Leasing responsibilities as an Assistant Property Manager would include handling Leads, Applications, Showings and Leases including on-site repair estimates. This position is based in both Morristown and Knoxville TN offices with 2-3 days per week in each location.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective Marketing Campaigns across various channels.
Manage Social Media accounts to engage with current and prospective tenants.
Create and optimize content for the company Website using SEO best practices.
Manage Digital Ads and Google pay-per-click advertising
Coordinate email marketing efforts to promote available properties and services.
Follow up on internal Surveys and external Reviews to manage Reputation.
Be responsible as an Assistant Property Manager for several properties/units
Process Guest Card leads, applications, showings to convert prospects to tenants
Go on-site into units to estimate parts and labor per tenant Service Requests
Do online inspections quarterly to make sure units are in first-class condition
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in property management and leasing
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and performance marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Appfolio property management software is helpful
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
