Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ads Manager to join our digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our clients’ paid digital media campaigns across various platforms. You’ll work closely with our account managers and creative team to ensure our clients’ messaging goals are met and exceeded. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends and tactics, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to client goals.
Collaborate with account managers and the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Identify target audiences and select appropriate digital channels, including social media, search engines, display networks, and video platforms.
Manage the end-to-end process of digital ad buying, including campaign planning, selecting ad placements, creating comprehensive strategies, and overseeing campaigns.
Launch, monitor, and make in-progress strategy adjustments for campaigns across various platforms such as digital display, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, and other relevant networks.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Utilizedata-driven decision-makingto adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in media buying, planning, and advertising.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, including programmatic buying, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and share actionable insights.
High-levelcommunication skillsto interpret client and agency needs.
