Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Admin Sparepart position located in Bandung. The Admin Sparepart will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with finance-related tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of spare parts management.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent Analytical Skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance
Basic knowledge of Finance
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
