Airstar America, the inventor and leading manufacturer of balloon lighting solutions, is seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Coordinator to support Sales and Marketing operations in our Orlando, FL headquarters. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with marketing and design experience who would like to establish or broaden their professional career.
If you’d like to know a little more, here’s what you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities
Provide internal support to Marketing and Sales Teams
Coordinate and help execute ongoing marketing initiatives
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
Organize and store marketing resources, including photography and collateral
Enter / update CRM data as needed
Assist with trade show planning and execution
Update / design marketing collateral as needed (website, catalogs / brochures, and product data sheets)
Collaborate with Marketing Manager on developing content for social media and email campaigns
If that sounds good to you, here’s what we are looking for:
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or a similar role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
Understanding of WordPress is a plus
Knowledge of Social Media platforms and engagement best practices is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel to attend trade shows / events as needed (less than 10% of time)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
