Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to oversee and implement our company’s marketing strategy. In this role, you will develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive plan to promote our brand, attract new customers, and support our continued growth. You’ll wear many hats, collaborating with leadership and external partners to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, website), print, and events as needed.
Coordinate content creation, including writing copy, designing promotional materials, or working with freelancers/vendors for graphic design and multimedia needs.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles to reflect our brand and goals.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and company vision.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our strategy competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics, email marketing software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling storytelling.
Creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Passion for small business growth and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
