About the position
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Canvasser to join our dynamic team at Sparkling Windows. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, requiring a proactive approach to sales and the ability to connect with customers effectively. The Sales Canvasser will assist in meeting customer needs and contribute to the overall success of the window cleaning team.
Responsibilities
Speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Initiate and follow up on all provided leads.
Provide customers with service quotes.
Put customers on the service schedule.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
