For our quickly growing site in Lisle we are looking for a:
Regional Marketing Manager – Sales Region 1 (USA & Canada)
As Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) you plan, develop and orchestrate our marketing activities in North America (USA + Canada), derived from the global marketing strategy. You coordinate with regional sales management and are accompanied and supported by the Global Marketing Communication as well as the Product Marketing Team.
Your contribution to our success:
You analyze the market and competitive environment, and prepare and incorporate findings into the regional marketing strategy.
You plan and implement regional marketing campaigns (both on- and offline).
You plan, create, and adapt marketing materials for the region, ensuring compliance with our Corporate Identity and Design.
You create the exhibition and congress planning for the region, which you orchestrate and implement together with service providers and the sales team.
You plan and manage the regional marketing budget.
You share and exchange best practices with marketing peers in other regions and our headquarter.
You act as a global subject matter expert to improve the English language quality of global marketing materials.
You bring with you:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree with focus on marketing and communication or have equivalent work experience.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or in a technical environment.
You have professional experience in digital marketing (e.g., web, social media, lead generation, CRM).
You have work experience in planning and implementing exhibitions and conferences.
Organizational talent, conception skills and commitment to a team are some of your strongest skills.
You have effective verbal and written communication (verbal and written) as well as solid presentation skills.
You are strongly proficient with Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
You are fluent in English, German would be a plus.
You are willing and able to travel both domestic and internationally up to 25% of the time.
