Role Description
Nalapad Group of Institutions is seeking a full-time numbers driven Admission Counsellor & Marketing professional for its Bengaluru campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting targets, driving sales and conversions, engaging with potential students, providing them with information about the institution and its programs, and guiding them through the admission process. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving marketing efforts to increase awareness and visibility of the institution in the target audience.
This is an onsite, full-time role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
Excellent
communication skills
, both oral and written
Experience in student recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or a related industry
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders
Proficiency in using social media and other digital marketing tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
