Job Summary:
Daryon Hotels International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at our Orefield, PA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness. This role requires strategic planning, relationship building, and occasional travel to support our hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for Daryon Hotels International.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other industry partners.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales and marketing efforts.
Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
Collaborate with hotel property teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences..
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
Work closely with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, sales presentations, and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, digital marketing, and revenue management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed to support hotel properties and attend industry events.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
