As Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for executing data-driven aspects of our fundraising campaigns, interpreting the results of these campaigns, and bringing new data insights to the Strategy Team. You will highlight trends and patterns in the results data to uncover new opportunities to grow our clients’ fundraising programs, develop ad hoc reports that drive strategic insights, and ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all reporting and analytics needs.

Your Impact:
Work with strategists and client contacts to understand short and long-term goals of our clients’ programs and the specifics of how we plan to meet them.
Develop and interpret omnichannel reports, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators, and other business tools to assist strategists and executives in making good decisions for our clients, and create new tools as needed.
Execute selects informed by knowledge of a campaign’s goals and prior results.
Maintain data dictionary and data rules around key selection attributes and client-provided data to inform analysis.
Assist with development of client analytics roadmap to progress analytics initiatives.
Your Profile:
3-5 years’ experience in an analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, and ability to present findings clearly and concisely to both internal team members and client contacts.
Must be highly proficient in SQL and Excel with understanding of relational databases.
Experience in Direct Response marketing, or ability to learn it quickly.
Knowledge of Power BI, Python, and Snowflake preferred.
Experience in fundraising/nonprofits or agency preferred.
