Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development – Verify execution of training and provide necessary coaching.
Proactive Problem Solving – Identify pain points, seek solutions, and implement improvements.
Event Coordination – Organize monthly team events to foster a collaborative and competitive environment.
PARS & Marketing Initiatives – Assist in tracking and optimizing key marketing and performance analytics.
Performance & Financial Analysis – Conduct Sunday & Thursday stats reviews, P/L assessments, and monthly planning.
Schedule & Google Calendar Management – Ensure seamless coordination of meetings, deadlines, and priorities.
Cash Deposit SOP – Uphold and execute standard operating procedures for financial transactions.
Early Payroll Review & Timecard Approval – Ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll processes.
Mail Management – Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
Compliance & Permit Renewals – Stay on top of legal and operational requirements.

Qualifications
Proven experience in staff training and management while demonstrating hospitality and humility
Strong background in fitness and coaching
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Knowledgeable of nutrition and inventory control processes
Ability to supervise teams effectively and conduct interviews

Pay: $55,000.00 – $67,500.00 per year
