The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in building a brand.
Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Build, refine, and strengthen our brand identity to resonate with target audiences and establish a competitive edge in the market.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and lead a team of marketing analysts and creatives to ensure alignment with company objectives and optimal performance.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Set KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
