We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Aesthetic Receptionist to be the face of our spa, ensuring a luxurious and seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Relations
Greet clients warmly and provide a luxury spa experience
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Appointment Scheduling & Office Support
Manage booking system (Jane App, Wix, or similar)
Confirm appointments and send reminders and follow-ups
Process payments, invoices, and membership renewals
Social Media & Marketing Assistance (Bonus)
Capture and post before-and-after photos (with client consent)
Assist with Instagram and Facebook content for promotions
Help manage seasonal promotions and events
Maintain and restock product inventory
Qualifications
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and aesthetics
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using scheduling software and processing payments
Social media savvy (Bonus if you love aesthetics trends)
Experience in a med spa or wellness setting is a plus
Willing to work some weekends as needed
