About the Role

Rosé All Day is hiring an Affiliate & KOL Manager — a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on growing our Affiliate Program, building impactful KOL partnerships, and driving sales through data-driven campaigns.

You’ll lead influencer marketing by collaborating with creators, crafting innovative campaigns, and ensuring our brand message resonates across platforms — strengthening RAD’s community and expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to scale the Affiliate Program, recruit high-performing affiliates, and drive sales.

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with beauty KOLs, from micro-influencers to top-tier creators, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns.

Create and execute impactful campaigns in collaboration with affiliates and KOLs, boosting brand visibility and conversions.

Track affiliate and KOL performance using key metrics (conversion rates, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies based on insights.

Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing (preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry)

Proven track record in managing affiliate programs and KOL collaborations with measurable results, including leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Strong knowledge of social media trends and influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Traackr, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
