Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Manager at Affili Junction. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing & growing affiliates & publishers,
communication
, sales, and online marketing strategies on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1
– Manage Affiliate Program:
● Handle daily operations of the affiliate program.
● Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates.
● Develop strategies to grow the program and improve performance.

– Track and Analyze Performance:
● Experience in working with tracking servers, Emailers and Necessary Research tools.
● Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
● Provide regular performance reports.
● Work on monthly projections & close them in line.

– Plan and Execute Strategies:
● Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns.
● Negotiate terms with affiliates.
● Execute initiatives to drive traffic and revenue.

– Build and Maintain Relationships:
● Develop long-term relationships with affiliates.
● Address inquiries and resolve issues.
● Identify and bring in new affiliates.

– Stay Updated on Market Trends:
● Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
● Explore new strategies to enhance the performance.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field will be preferred.
● 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
● Proficient in analytics and tracking tools.
● Strong analytical and
communication skills
.
● Organized, relation building and detail-oriented.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies & trends.
