Overview
As Affiliate Marketing you will be responsible for managing and growing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness. The specialist works closely with affiliates, analyzes performance metrics, up to GMV and implements strategies to maximize ROI from affiliate campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Create and execute affiliate marketing plans (Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies)
Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partnerships, Foster strong relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.
Develop promotional materials (banners, emails, social media posts).
Handle campaign management (start from launch, track, and optimize affiliate campaigns)
Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, ROI).
Manage affiliate marketing budget and ensure ROI.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in in affiliate marketing, expecially for brand.
Proven experience in track record of successful affiliate marketing campaigns
In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including emerging trends, consumer preferences, and key players
Familiarity with affiliate marketing in e-commerce or digital advertising. (e.g., Commission Junction, ShareASale)
Familiarity with Google Analytics,HubSpot, Ms.Excel, and marketing software.
