About the Role

As part of a highly experienced executive team, we want to launch our new consumer lending product in the US by October 2025. The role’s initial focus will be heavily weighted towards acquisition, but it will later extend to customer retention and revenue optimisation. This is a unique opportunity for a marketer to own and drive growth across the full marketing funnel and a range of marketing channels.

We aim to acquire customers by scaling our inbound acquisition channels, experimenting with new channels and tactics, driving more App downloads, and ultimately finding a pathway to repeatable, sustainable growth. A significant portion of the role will include the establishment, development, maintenance and optimisation of paid channels, running campaigns end-to-end, designing and executing growth experiments, and working with Product teams by leveraging data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and lead generation

Responsibilities:

Ownership: Own, manage and optimise our existing paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and test / build new channels to drive growth. End-to-end ownership of acquisition campaigns from strategy, concept, delivery, budget management, and performance reporting.
Growth Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Marketing Campaigns: Own, plan and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Continuous Improvement: Focus on optimizing outcomes including the use of A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve the user experience.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on growth metrics and campaign performance to senior management.

What you will bring to the role

5+ years in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success in consumer customer acquisition
Degree in marketing, business or STEM discipline
Experience in driving growth through digital, affiliate and social channels. Bonus points for offline channels.
Strong quantitative analytical skills and keen eye for metrics. You will be comfortable working with raw data, self servicing from various systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth.
Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), and experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing strategies and collaborate with team members.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
