Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, optimizing the customer journey, and driving traffic through various digital marketing channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to ensure the success of our online store.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TIKTOK SHOP( SET UP, MANAGEMENT AND OPTIMIZATION)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Utilize tools Shopify, Klaviyo, Later.com, Trello and others to create and maintain an engaging online storefront.
Execute social media marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to the website.
Design Posts using Canvas
Manage Tiktok Shop
Film content to be posted on Tiktok/IG
Work with email marketing team to streamline email marketing campaigns and enhance customer communication.
Analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize user experience, and improve conversion rates.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Manage team of content creators
Manage Social Media engagement.
Reach out to Influencers
Answer customer service questions
Work closely with other members ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of online retail dynamics.
Proficiency in Shopify for website management.
Proficiency with Tiktok Shop
Experience in social media marketing strategies and execution across various platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually compelling content for digital channels.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and their application in driving customer engagement.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Strong research skills to identify market opportunities and consumer behavior trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in e-commerce technology.
