We are looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Marketing Associate under our Business Development team. Responsibilities
Marketing Calendar Management:
Develop, maintain and adhere to a comprehensive marketing calendar, aligning both digital, print ads and campaigns.
Ensure on time delivery of approved ad materials and contents to partners, meeting all deadlines.
Manage promotional campaigns across all distribution channels, monitoring performance and optimizing outreach.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and partners to execute timely marketing campaign and streamline workflow
Serve as the primary marketing liaison, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
Ad Design and Proofing:
Collaborate in creating visual assets for both digital and print media, contributing to brand-consistent designs
Proofread marketing materials meticulously for accuracy and consistency, ability to make minor edits.
Manage final asset preparation and delivery to publication partners.
Branding Support:
Lead end-to-end brand marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, including digital, print, and trade channels.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Periodic update of partner print catalog and digital platforms to align with latest branding assets.
Coordinate with web developers to update website content and imagery.
Help maintain brand guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Brainstorm and execute engaging content, including photos and videos.
Manage and maintain social media channels, including scheduling posts and monitoring analytics.
Tradeshow Coordination:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of tradeshow participation, including booth booking, logistics, and preparation.
Pack and ship booth materials to show sites.
Attend tradeshows, set up the booth, and represent brands by engaging with customers and prospects.
Travel opportunity 4-5 times a year (within US) for tradeshow.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
A combination of experience and education that demonstrates possession of the necessary knowledge and abilities for this position is required as noted.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in managing marketing calendars and adhering to deadlines.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with any design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc ).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities.
Experience in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel 4-5 times a year that may involve weekends for tradeshows.
Video and photo editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
