Skills
Proven experience in AJO implementations and journey management.
Strong understanding of marketing automation technologies and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
Adobe Journey Optimizer certification is preferred.
Experience in agency settings or similar environments.
Familiarity with data sources, audience definition, and decision management in AJO.
Knowledge of non-native activation and journey orchestration techniques.
