We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Home Water Filtration Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative water filtration systems directly to customers. Duties
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate water filtration solutions.
Perform engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our filtration systems.
Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new sales opportunities through inside sales techniques.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients to secure sales.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth installation process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account management using software tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or home improvement industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Proficient in conducting product demos that engage customers and highlight product benefits.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities is preferred.
A passion for health, wellness, and environmental sustainability is a plus.
