Title: Amazon Marketing Specialist (1-3 years)

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations Management:
Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from stock replication to delivery.
Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, and operational efficiency.
Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights.
Order & Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels across platforms and proactively manage re-ordering and restocking based on trends, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
0-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.
Experience with stock replication and inventory forecasting is a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
