Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our marketing team at Staghead Designs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a love for storytelling, and experience in both content creation and social media strategy. This role is full-time and onsite in Ogden, Utah.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Write captivating captions to maximize engagement.
Monitor trends in social media and fine jewelry to keep content fresh.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and tags.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns, giveaways, and influencer partnerships.
Oversee the social media team to ensure cohesiveness in style and voice across platforms.
Product Photography & Content Creation
Capture high-quality, stylized photos of our handcrafted rings and jewelry.
Develop creative concepts for shoots that showcase the beauty of our unique gemstones and fantasy-inspired designs.
Edit photos to match the aesthetic of our brand.
Create short—and long-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube videos) that highlight craftsmanship, behind-the-scenes moments, and product details.
Maintain a cohesive visual style across all content.
Assists in creating SEO-optimized website content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong photography and editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar).
Experience with short-form and long-form video creation and editing tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to plan and execute content in advance.
Must be willing to model jewelry and be comfortable on camera.
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Experience with influencer collaborations.
Knowledge of rare gemstones and fine jewelry.
Familiarity with jewelry photography best practices.
