Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Application Management professional for our Navi Mumbai office. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with a background in software development, database management, and technical support. The role involves managing and maintaining software applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Roles And Responsibilities
Manage the installation, configuration, and operation of software applications to ensure optimal performance
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues to ensure minimal downtime
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new applications and systems
Conduct regular system audits and implement updates and patches as necessary
Assist in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring of application-related projects
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices in application management
Facilitate change management processes by preparing documentation and training materials
Monitor application performance and generate reports for stakeholders
