Job Description
– AR follow up and weekly AR report to the president and the accounting manager
– Payment input (Checks, wire) and send the checks to the accounting manager for deposit
– Screens expense report and send it to the accounting manager for the reimbursement
– Prepare service estimates to the customers
– Issue service invoice based on the service tech’s work hour and expenses for the non-warranty jobs
– Input outsourcing service bills in the accounting system
– Scan service report/installation report and upload in the company google drive
– Maintain close contact with service manager and part department as well
– Managing Logistics between vendor in China/Korea and our forwarder in the U.S. or Canada/Mexico
– Weekly Logistics report
-Managing warehouse inventories
– Ad Hoc report or project as needed
Requirements
– Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
– Quickbooks experience is plus
– Forklift ability is plus
– Strong work ethic
– Fast learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
