Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Operations Director this role is responsible for designing and producing engaging marketing materials across multiple channels and upholding the DI Brand Standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication and orgaizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position requires depth in ability and skill set to contribute to and highly impact each projects successful design solution.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS may include but are not limited to:
Supports sales and marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
Collaborates cross-functionally with the marketing teamincluding the Sr. Content Specialist, Sr. Marketing Designer, Multimedia Specialistand other departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
Upholds and advances DIs Brand Standards Guide, ensuring consistency across marketing campaigns, templates and strategic tools while implementing forward-thinking design strategies.
Designs and produces compelling print materials, including direct mail campaigns, brochures, postcards, flyers, magazines/books and other collateral to support sales and marketing efforts.
Creates and updates website content, including case study pages, images, videos, landing pages, and other visual elements to align with project strategy and marketing campaigns.
Contributes to website strategy and UX design, assisting with wireframes, landing pages, sub-pages, and ongoing CMS updates.
Designs engaging quarterly email newsletters via HubSpot, ensuring visually appealing and informative content that aligns with company branding and client engagement strategies.
Creates and manages the design of internal monthly email newsletters via HubSport, working closely with the internal DI departments to effectively communicate key updates, initiatives, and company news to employees in an engaging and visually appealing format.
Provides project assets to the Sr. Content Specialist for social media and external email newsletters.
Manages vendor relations for promotional items and assets for industry events and tradeshows.
Designs and coordinates monthly DI Huddle presentations in partnership with the company Leadership team.
Engages with Sales and Marketing teams to identify creative opportunities that enhance marketing initiatives.
Assists in sales and business proposals, ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency.
Supports content creation efforts, including copywriting, proofreading, and reviewing photo/video assets.
Stays informed on industry trends and design innovations to enhance marketing strategies.
Thinks beyond traditional design, introducing fresh ideas and new approaches to marketing campaigns and sales enablement efforts.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Ability to uncover new paths for go to market efforts
Confidently speaks to what makes DI remarkable and why current and future partners should care
Strong time management skills including managing priorities and timelines while delegating and collaborating effectively
Demonstrates a strong combination of digital skills (Layout Design, Branding, Logo Design, Photo Editing/Selection Web UX, etc.) and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Accepts constructive feedback and implements change in relation to assigned tasks and ideas
Possesses an authentic team player attitude and is always willing to help
Ability to multi-task, remain calm while under pressure, meet deadlines and provide creative problem solving
Ability to perform day-to-day tasks while thinking critically about the larger marketing strategy and brand identity for DI
Ability to successfully execute projects on tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Consistently performs at a high level in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to prioritize tasks/requests, manage deadlines, and take initiative to get whats needed for project completion
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic or other Professional Design related program or equivalent work experience required
A minimum of two-plus years of design experience in a company is required, both digital and traditional marketing experience
Participation and/or leadership in professional design organizations is a plus
Knowledge of design best practices with email platforms such as Hubspot, etc. is a plus

This is a salary (exempt) position.
