Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our construction projects and services.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, project updates, and client success stories.
Coordinate with sales and project teams to develop marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Analyze marketing performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
