We are looking for a driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help execute key marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
About the Role
As Associate Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in executing brand and customer strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs, manage timelines and budgets, and analyze data to optimize performance. Your insights will shape brand success and enhance our customer engagement efforts.
What You’ll Do
Execute annual brand plans to support marketing objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand marketing and franchisee / distribution programs
Assist in advancing brand strategy to drive customer engagement and market growth
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution
Analyze marketing performance data, converting KPIs into actionable insights
Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of brand marketing experience with a consumer focus
Fundamental understanding of brand positioning, brand architecture, naming, messaging, and identity creation for both new and existing, growing brands
1+ years of digital marketing experience (preferred)
CRM experience (preferred)
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and identity development
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen attention to detail
