Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and threats.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics.
2) Brand Strategy Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Support the creation and execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams(e.g., sales, product development, and creative) to ensure cohesive branding.
3) Campaign Management:
• Help develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative development and media planning.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
4) Product Development:
• Support new product launches and relaunches, including packaging, pricing, and positioning.
• Assist in developing product briefs and managing timelines to ensure timely delivery.
5) Brand Strategy Support:
• Develop and execute consumer promotions, discounts, and bundling strategies to drive sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless consumer offer rollout across various channels.
6) Market Visits & Sales Coordination:
• Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability, visibility, and retailer feedback.
• Gather competitive insights and analyze sales trends to support brand strategies.
• Ensure execution of in-store branding,merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Identify distribution gaps and coordinate with sales teams to improve brand presence.
7) Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve future strategies.
