Key Responsibilities:
● Brand P&L Management:
Take ownership of brand performance, ensuring profitability
and growth.
● Content Development:
Lead the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned fresh and
engaging content that supports the marketing strategy across all platforms.
● Ecommerce Operations & Marketing:
Oversee the online sales channels, driving
growth through effective digital strategies.
● Performance Marketing:
Develop and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads,
Meta Ads, etc.) to optimize ROI.
● Social Media:
Lead Klenvor’s social presence with engaging and consistent messaging
across platforms.
● Influencer Marketing:
Build and maintain partnerships with influencers that align with
our brand philosophy.
● New Product Launch:
Manage end-to-end execution of new product launches, from
ideation to market rollout.
What We’re Looking For:
● Experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands.
● Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and ecommerce operations.
● Ability to manage brand P&L and drive key marketing strategies.
● Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
● Excellentcommunication skills.
