Mission Statement
– To support brand BTL activation in alignment with brand’s objective, goal, and strategy: Under brand director and Senior Brand Manager guidance, support developing business, increasing brands desirability, recruiting new consumers, and reinforcing loyalty of existing ones.
– To coordinate well with ATL strategy to generate strong synergies for the brands and maximize the impact.
– To support professional business communication within the team and towards other sections (especially the sales team) through effective, relevant, and timely communications.
【Main Responsibilities】
Activations(30%)
– Support planning and execution for BTL activities for all seasons defined in the brand plans in liaison with Brand Managers / Senior Brand Managers and ATL team.
– Maximizing the above activities throughout the year through seasonal activations, events, POS, Point of Sales, promotions with the team.
– Support implementing the above with daily works: POSM operations, products placement, documentations, etc.
– Gain internal / external share of mind and voice.
On-premise(25%)
– Support creating for TOP POS accounts.
– Support planning and reporting and execution of the above with the team.
– Support event planning and execution.
Off-premise(20%)
– Support increasing sales and visibility in line with brand strategy with the team.
– Support planning and reporting and execution of the above with the team.
– Support event planning and execution.
Reports and Analysis(15%)
– Support various kinds of reporting and presentations for planning the strategy and for analysis of the current situation (sales/ effective tools & activations).
– Daily reports and documentations.
Cross functional and Logistics job(10%)
– Communicate proactively and positively within the team, with ATL team and related sections.
– Daily logistics work (POSM, products, logistics works).
– PO, Purchasing Order, creation and follow ups.
【Additional Information】
Under Senior Brand Manager’s coaching, this position reports to Brand Director
– Consumer centric mentality over internal process driven mentality
– Beyond conventional ruling, be out of the box
– At least 3-4 years’ experience either in similar position in an international environment and/or premium alcohol business.
– Good fit with the Brand & Luxury industry
– Excellent communication skills, well organized, and strong attention to details.
– Must be self-reliant in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
– Proficient in English communication.

Education
