Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with executives to define and implement brand objectives.
Research target markets and analyze successful branding campaigns.

Assist the Brand Manager in leading and executingimpactfulcampaigns.
Coordinate efforts across sales, development, and other key teams to ensure alignment.

Manage budgets to maximize profitability while reducing costs.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Background or interest in branding, marketing, or management (experience preferred but not essential).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to research, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
Organizational prowess and exceptional time-management skills.
Familiarity with product pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
Goal-oriented with a creative andresults-drivenapproach.
Leadershipexperience, even at a small scale, is desirable but not required.
